With a different build,the weapon performance may be less appealing. That acc uses a specialized skill build for TKPD. Accuracy is good enough for a DMR, and additional Mobility makes deploiment acceptable. Seems to be a great adqusition for an expert DM. If you really need to snipe (that you cannot do with this sight anyway), just get the Nightforce. If you are ok at close rages, just use Kemper, if you need just some zoom, better use clean and stable ACOG with 2.5X zoom.
As the result I realized that this is just a useless hybrid sight, no matter how sexy it looks.
If I try to use both, I suck terribly, since switch time between collimator and optics steals precious milliseconds and I do not have enough time to react and kill enemies. First, sensitivity is insane (as it should be, since the main aiming device is the collimator), second, it is cut to half that makes aiming really hard, third, at the distance I cannot see the target through the collimator, I do not see anything in the optics either due to blurriness and lots of useless reticles. If I try to use the optics, I realize that this optics is crappy indeed. If I use red dot only, why the hell do I need to suffer mobility and collimator size? Better get Kemper instead? I got this hybrid scope on my EBR and… it was the huge disappointment. That actually seems much nicer than it is really. > On the other side … Dat hybrid scope … Yeah!
